Ask Angie: If I am wearing flats with liner socks and remove flats, would it look weirder if I keep

I want to know if after removing flats, wearing liner socks without the flats would look weird, or if I should take them off as well.

I think it depends. Where are you taking your shoes off? If it's somewhere like your desk, then I'd leave them on.

If I am going to someone's house and they ask me to remove my shoes, should I leave the liner socks on there, or take them off as well?

I think it would depend on your comfort level. Do you think your host would mind you being barefoot?

I would leave on the liner socks, as I don't like to go barefoot--my feet would freeze! You might also carry some extra socks along to put on when you take off your shoes. I do that at my piano teacher's home.
