Hi, nope you are not a freak!!
I'm 36G (was a 40G once but health reasons required a weight change). Though I am 5'7" so balances out a bit.
I know I'm preaching to choir here - but - get the best bras you can - and then most things look much better. I've gone to bra boutique a few times to confirm my size as needed. For a few years, I've bought bras from Bare Necessities - they have a good full figure collection of brands. I'm a massive proselytizer for Prima Donna bras.
I also don't do button-down blouses very much anymore. For casual wear, I would get Gap cotton and chambray shirts - but after a while got tired of the big-shirt over jeans look. Realized I was hiding under a tent in effect.
When I worked, I wore silk or jersey shells under blazers and sweaters. Or wrap-style tops though not my favorite style. Sometimes could find a silky blouse that fit, but haven't shopped that in a while. Angie probably has good sources.
Now I like Gap women's vintage wash tees and long sleeve tees. I've gotten used to snugger fits too - though can't really explain the psychological change. I'm also exploring exercise wear - I like the sturdier technical fabrics and modern styles.
Fortunately, there are brands now that have realistic fits - I've tried Sweaty Betty, Universal Standard, Outdoor Voices.
I've just discovered Katie Sturino on Instagram - a full-figure blogger.
