My hair and coloring is very similar to yours but my stylist cannot seem to get that beautiful bright blonde that you have. (I've even shown her pictures of you!) She has been balayaging my hair and I'm wondering if this is the same method that your stylist uses, or whether you highlight or do a bleach & tone. Would you please share your secrets? Mine always ends up too gold or just kind of hum drum. I need some "pow"!

I am also here in Seattle, so if you could even name drop your colorist I would appreciate it!
