Ask Angie and others: Gap modern boot pant vs. Express

I was wondering how the Gap http://www.gap.com/browse/prod.....KVL-bygJcg stacks up against Express's Editor and/or Columnist pant. I have had Editors in the past and now find the legs a little wider than my liking. Should I look into Gap modern boot or Express Columnist?

Ugh, sorry Mo. I've only got experience with the new Editors and yeah, I can see how they wouldn't fit you. Because, well, they fit ME! LOL...

I think you should definitely try the Columnist. That's the style Angie has and I think you have a similar shape to Angie.

Thanks for the input, Jenava. I fear maybe the Columnist might be too slim in the hip? I carry a little more weight in the upper thigh/hip than Angie. I was hoping the Gap modern boot would split the difference?? Maybe? (she says wistfully)
