Like others, I've been looking for a pair of casual, feminine loafers or slipper flats that can be worn with dresses and read as young/timeless enough for a 20-something. In addition to the usual fussy feet, I need a European size 35 or US 5/5.5 (I'm based in the US but find that size 35 shoes fit my feet best). I have narrow heels, average width forefoot, and low-to-average volume through the instep.

Angie, do you think that the Gabor size 3 would work for me? The Gabor size conversion chart says that a UK 3 is equivalent to a Euro 36 or US 5, which is definitely wrong on at least one count because those two sizes aren't equivalent!

I'd also love to find a US-based source for Gabor size 3, if it might work, since shipping from the UK is $16 not even factoring in possible returns, eek.
