That's good to know about the come back of the tall boots: I felt so uninspired to wear them last season and I was forced to do it by the weather. Angie, are they coming back the same way as before - with tucked in skinnies - or differently?
The catwalks are showing tall boots worn with evrerything, Sveta. OTK too. From skinnies and roomier pants, to all lengths of skirts, dress and shorts.
I'm hearing rumblings of more Burgundy. Are you seeing burgundy and reddish-brown boots this fall? I looked for brown boots all last winter but the ones I found, at least at $150 or less, were rather dull in color.
It's winter here, Beth, and I'm seeing burgundy EVERYWHERE, though I haven't seen it in footwear (but I also haven't been looking at shoes). However, coats, blazers, skirts, blouses...It's a sea of burgundy (and black).
I was so slow to get into booties, then bought a lot of them last year & this year & now it is back to tall. Are calf high boots tall boots? I have those too, but they are cowboy boots, even the Frye Carson are cowboy boots.
