Ask Angie et al: is this leather moto worth buying?

I have 2 indoor leather jackets - dark brown crinkled leather blazer and assymetrical mushroom jacket with a nsake print panel. What I don't have is a cropped moto leather jacket. For some reason I have problems finding one I like.
I am considering this one (see pictures). The color is stone - kind of greyish off-white - and it has this camel-colored trim. The price is very good and it is left in my size only. The quality is good too - I tried it on in the store but they did not have my size. I liked it but my mom was not sure about this camel trim: she thought it looks like a sport jacket because of it.
I am trying to limit my wardrobe and shopping now. As you know my wardrobe is " minimum items with maximum potential". What do you think of this moto jacket for me? Worth to be added? Can it be my "winter white" jacket? Can I wear it this length with jeans and trousers or is it skirt / dress jacket only becasue it is cropped (it fits me similar to the model in the picture length wise). Also how about the trim: cool or too utilitarian looking? Should I pounce or better keep looking? Do you see it working with my style?
Right now I don't have a single moto jacket in my coset, in leather or any other fabrication.
Of course if I get it I will all these tests for fit and color flattery but for now what I am trying to decide if it worth trying in the first place. Please vote:

Gorgeous. But yes, it is sporty. I have not seen much sporty in your style so far, so as much as I love it, I would not buy it based on the strategy you described. If you want to start a new wardrobe based on it in sporty style that is different. And then you can reuse what you have to develop that style.

Interesting. It is a gorgeous jacket, Sveta. I do see it as sporty when it is shown laid out, but on the model you don't see the stripes much so it doesn't seem that way. If the stripes were a different colour it might not seem as sporty.

I can see you wearing this, for sure. I would have to see it on to know whether it would work for pants as well as skirts. Some would depend on styling, I expect.

It looks too sporty with those srtipes. I'd hold out for the perfect cropped moto jacket that would fit better with your wardrobe. If it didn't have the camel stripes it would be great.

I have been eying that jacket forever, but the stripes put me off of it too. They also don't have it in my size, which is probably a good thing! LOL

I agree that this wasn't the right one, Sveta, but a cream leather jacket would definitely be a great addition to your wardrobe.

Wow - I actually really like it and think it would work with your wardrobe. It's a moto, but interesting and in your colors. You mix pattern so well (the stripe is a pattern to me)
