Well I stopped in a REAL RL store that had all of their lines except the reasonably priced department store line. The stuff was really really super nice, pricey and they didn't any long sleeve dresses except some very fine cashmere sweater dresses.
I didn't really like the every day BCBG dresses, I think they are cut for someone taller and they weren't great quality. The prints left in my size were mediocre. I like their cocktail dresses but that's not what I need right now.
Club Monaco seemed to have some but they were all kinda.... I don't know... blah...
Nicole Miller is my home town girl but her fit models are 5'11"!! I've never had luck with her stuff. They didn't have the dress Angie recommended, but one very similar. I barely squeezed into the large. It was a fantastic dress, and midi length on me, but showed too much of my pooch and other details that were not decent. Then the abstract print dress was cute but they only had it in a large, the body fit ok I thought, but it was down to past my calves and the sleeves were at least 6" too long. Plus it was $440 in the NM store. This is really beyond what I'm willing to pay for a dress, and if I ever do, it better be so hot that the floor is on fire when I walk in the room.
