This should be a straight forward yes or no Angie (I'm thinking of your wrists), I have fallen hook, line and sinker for the Whistles carrie skirt (photo 1) and will buy one if it goes on sale but it's expensive and polyester, there are less expensive versions on ASOS which are also polyester, does this fabric hold the pleat better than a natural fibre?
