I think somewhere in my reading on flattering shape for small busts, I've got the idea that a collar is usually a better look than collarless.
In my quest to find a cropped fitted black jacket (as you recommended), particularly one I could wear with skirts like the one below, I found the great majority don't have collars.eg http://http//www.forevernew.co.....lour=black
How big a priority is this?
