hello Angie,
i am so new to this and loving it! <3
i live in Chicago "windy-city" and its warm yet very windy and i would like to wear a dress i just bought and a cardigan. how is the best way to wear that?

What kind of dress and cardigan have you bought? Can you show us pics? Do you have a concrete problem with wearing the two items together or do you just need styling ideas?

A dress and a cardigan sounds good for warm weather. If it's very windy and the dress has some kind of a-line skirt and/or is short you would perhaps feel more secure with some bike-type shorts under it (I definitely would).

Hi and welcome! You'll be able to post pictures after a couple of days and it will be easier for us to help :). I like the idea of a dress with a cardigan or jacket if you can bear it. I usually like it when one piece is more fitted and the other piece is fluid or voluminous. Hope that helps!
