Ask Angie: Calvin Klein Baisha shoes

Hi Angie (or anyone else)... can you comment on the sizing of the Baisha's? My shoes seem to be equally split between an 8.5 and a 9, so I have such a hard time figuring out what size might work. I love these shoes, and am contemplating, as I've already done some serious (unsuccessful) leg work looking for silver shoes here in town. I can get the 8.5's from Amazon... risky?

Gad I wish Zappo's would ship to Canada. What is the issue? Sigh.

Hey Elizabeth, have you been able to find any other Calvin Klein styles in store that you could try to get a feel for the brand's sizing? I found CK shoes to run small and narrow in the past.

I agree with Emily. If your foot is on the narrow side they should work.

Thanks Emily and Susie, good to know. Next step will have to be trying to find somewhere that sells CK shoes to compare. Haven't done that yet as I just saw Angie's post. Yeesh, shopping online is supposed to SAVE legwork!

The Bay has some CK shoes - - not sure they have that style but they may.

I usually wear a 6.5, and have the Baishas in gold in a 6.5. I think they run true to size. Safest bet would be to order them in both sizes. Sorry to be unhelpful, but pointy toes are tricky to fit. Sometimes people need to size up in them and sometimes they don't.

Thank you very much Angie, that's good to know. My Okala's should arrive soon, so then I can compare to them. Unfortunately the CK 9 is not available on Amazon, so ordering both sizes (from them) isn't an option.

And thanks Suz - I'll target my trip to the Bay! They don't seem to have that style on line, but at least maybe I can try a couple of other pointy CK styles.
