I'm a mature (55+) apple size 10/12 and I like to try new trends. I ordered the print bomber below from Target (I don't like to spend a lot on trendy things) thinking I could wear it with straight leg black ankle pants and flats. Tried that this morning with an aqua silk blouse and the look just did not work on my body. I am short-waisted and the jacket created a unflattering line even left unzipped.
I saw your post on bombers over dresses and will definitely give it a try. What else do you suggest I pair this with? I have pencil skirts in black and teal that might work and an a-line black lace skirt (see below).
