Hello everyone!

I am on the search for black or brown knee-high boots to be worn with skirts/dresses. I need the price range to be below $100 if possible, as I am a poor medical school student.

I'm 5'8" and took a tape measurement around the widest part of my calf of 15".

I don't like the look of slouchy boots, but I wanted to know if that was the only style that worked with skirts/dresses? What is the rule in this case?

I know this is a lot to ask, but I prefer if the boot did not have thin, stiletto-heels.
