Not Angie, but your hair and skin tone will make more of a difference than the eye color. If you have cool undertones, then cool colors will look best; likewise with warm undertones, warm colors will look best. My skin is neutral-bordering warm and I have very, very dark brown eyes (as you can see by my profile photo; that's with a TON of studio light and they're still that dark). I can't say that any particular color makes them stand out (my pale skin and strong brow line does most of that for me), but I do find that tops in bright shades with the proper color warmth/coolness tends to make my eyes sparkle just a wee bit more. Maybe Angie will have some more specific advice!
