I was really tempted by the Frye Mimi's, but they are super similar to the Rory's, of which I have THREE pair, plus I wasn't crazy about the ribbed detail on the top. And I just can't get behind a flat riding boot. But those are gorgeous and I want somebody else to buy them!!

Waaahhh!!! I got the boots but they are too big for my calves so they are going back! I so hope they work for you MaryK!

Does anyone know of any good cognac boots for skinny calves? Mine are 13.25 inches in circumference.

I have 12.25 inch calves and these are close but just a little big for me. I decided to keep them anyway after much forum debate lol. http://www.amazon.com/Miz-Mooz.....B003EP62T6
