These comments are so helpful as I have to be careful with myvEF- goggles ( love her fabrics even in styles I can’t possibly wear!) and especially my EF-sales- goggles. In fact I’ve been seeing this on sale for awhile but told myself it probably would not fit me.

For me, dresses are especially hard both because of fit and length and because CPW will always be high. I’m not passing up great dresses due to price because I’m not finding dress I love that love me back, , but then I don’t even order dresses online that are, umm, way up there. ( would be different maybe for MOB - type occasions!). Actually my best wears-value in a dress is a dress I can wear with dark tights in cool weather.
So for me a sale price can be the Practical part of PPP to build a dress capsule, as long as I am picky enough. So for some people, this dress in black or navy would be very versatile as a neutral and not a statement, but not for me.

Another yes vote from me, and I wouldn't touch the sleeve at all.

Beautiful dress, beautiful colour, I agree that the sleeves look great as-is. Keep!

Sleeves are staying!
I guess it’s that my favorite dress sleeve length is 3/4 sleeve or a sleeve I can push up and I’m not used to this length. But generally, more arm coverage is better for me!

KILLER Fab

Don't touch the sleeves.

Interested to know if you tried a size down?

Woohoo, Angie, thank you for input!
This is the XS which is smallest R size , that Nordstrom had anyway. Not sure how P/P translates ( for some reason Nordies won’t even let me put that in cart— keeps asking for color which may mean it’s not there)
I see Macy’s has it in XXS ( but will cost me !) . I agree this one is not “too small “ anywhere and as usual I could always stand a little tighter neckline fit. Also not wearing any cami or slip which I might do for warmth, and I guess that would afeect the fit a teensy bit.
Where would you like to see closer fit? Overall or shoulders, etc. Do you recommend I try an XXS just in case it’s just that perfect tad bit smaller? My problem is sometimes that will be too tight across bust ( I hate any pulling there) but maybe not in this style, so it might be worth shipping $ to try it.

Great dress and awesome color! It looks so much better on you than the model! Wow! I love it so much! Keep! Please keep! I think this is one of my favorite looks for you recently. I have a personal bias for dresses though, and I think you were looking at trousers.....

Thank you so much, Staysfit. Yes, I wear mostly trousers at work and even dress them up for other roles, but I still want to have a dress capsule. Sometimes I just want to wear a dress like the other ladies, even though they are hard for me to find!

KEEP and enjoy. LOVE IT ON YOU.

Ok, thanks, Angie.

This reads simply elegant. It's true that it looks better on your than on the model.

Gorgeous dress. I’m with the rest, keep, leave the sleeves, and enjoy!

Thank you krish and Elizabeth P!

This dress comes in a kind of cobalt blue, and now see there is also black.

I think it is fantastic on you!

I'm late here but another vote for keep with sleeves as is! Love it!
