Ask Angie: (and everyone) COS top sized down & some K/Rs?

Here is the top sized down. I do like it, but still a little on the fence...is it too much IT, emphasizing my broad shoulders?

Pics 1 & 2 are size 6, the size I'm leaning towards if I keep it.
Pics 3 & 4 are size 8.

This cute green thing from COS also jumped in my basket. Seems worth keeping, but that might be sales goggles cause it was only $22. My hesitation is that the cool circle shape either drapes well (Pic 5) or looks like odd love handles (Pic 7), just depending on how it falls at any given time. It can sort of puff out like a jodhpur shape on my hips! Will this be obvious if I'm not standing there posing? I do like the color...it isn't my best shade of green, but it is pretty nice. Words of wisdom...cute or sales goggles?

The last thing is this Karen Kane net top. I've been considering it for months...loved it when I first saw it. Now that I have it, I think it is very pretty but it may be fantasy life. I'm not sure how much wear I'd get from it, because in most things I do I'm afraid I would feel like I'm wearing lingerie. I couldn't get a great picture so I put it on Fake Peri to show the sheerness. Does this seem worth keeping? I think I'm talking myself out of it.

I like both colors on you, especially the green. I like the style of the red and I don't think the green looks like love handles. I do love the color for you, but if it doesn't make you feel great in it, I'd send it back.

The black top is very pretty. I'm not wild about lace, but to me this doesn't look like lingerie at all--I think it's because of the sleeves. If it were sleeveless I think I'd say pass. It could come in handy for a last minute occasion when you want to look a bit dressed up.

I'm not too much help, I'm afraid. The top I have most doubts about is the green, and that depends on how you feel in it. I do love the color for you.

I think the smaller size of the red is probably the right choice, if you get it.

The green doesn't look like love handles or jodhpurs at all! But somehow I still don't love it.

I actually quite like the black top, but don't keep it if you don't like it.

I'm getting my hair colored and can't put my glasses on, but my instant response is that I love the red on you over the green and I, too, really like the sheer black top, which looks great with your skin tones and hair coloring.

Very busy with the NAS, but chiming in quickly to say that I LOVE that sized down coral COS top on you, Peri. It's killer stunning, and fits just as it is meant to.

Not wild about the green top, but love the black lace top too.

Keep the coral top! Ditch the green top! Consider the lace top if you have the right occasions and want this particular top to fill that gap. It looks very good, great even, but I can see how it could end up not being as versatile as something else. That's the main issue with items like this, for me.
