I'm now in search of slouchy trousers for the upcoming wedding, but I don't want to wear black, as I really struggle wearing black bottoms (because I find the bookending requirement such a tough constraint, and I don't want to wear mostly black to a spring-time wedding, especially after this never-ending winter).

Are these too casual given the elastic cuff? They are 27", which means they'd probably not be too short on me. Rayon/viscose, from Shopbop.
