It is only rarely that I get to dupe Angie, who wears many more saturated brights than I do, but this dress includes two of my favorite colors -- camel and bright green -- and reads as neutral *enough* to fit into my neutral-dominant wardrobe. It was love at first sight!

The dress arrived a few days ago and is a keeper. Sorry I have no photos of it on me, but I can say that the fit is quite like on the model: a medium is slightly loose and oversized. I could have gone for a small, but I like the more relaxed vibe and comfort of the true size. I am usually a 6 on top and an 8 on bottom.

Now my question for Angie and all: what shoes?!?

I'll be traveling to Austin this month, and would love to take this. Temps will be in the 60s and 70s. I think it will pair well with both my white Birkenstocks and my white high tops, but how do I dress it up? I could wear ankle boots in this oxblood color, but I don't think I will bring these. It doesn't look right with my ballet flats, at least not in this cognac brown color. Is there an alternative ballet flat color that you would suggest as a match or another type of semi-dressy flat shoe (maybe a loafer?) that would look good? I'm open to suggestions and to purchasing something that would fit the bill, since I am low on spring footwear.

Look forward to hearing your suggestions!
