I have to second (or third) what Becky and Anne have said. Clothes help with body image, but only to a point. Your posts and username are worrying, and I would encourage you to seek help elsewhere along with seeking help from us. Your self image needs to come up, otherwise you'll never feel satisfied no matter how great you look.
No matter what extreme measures you take, or how much weight you lose, you will always be the shape you are, just a smaller version of it. From your measurements alone, I can tell you have an enviable figure, so it's unfortunate to see some of the things you're saying about it. A small waist and curvy hips is consistently rated as the most attractive body type to have, and you're actually very lucky that no matter how much weight you gain or lose, you will still more or less retain a tiny waist and a feminine shape.
You do not have to come to terms with the problems you have with your body: your body has no problems. It's just a matter of changing your thinking, which is easier said than done. Everyone here has things they don't like about themselves and god knows I have done my share of complaining, but the key is to ultimately just move on and focus on the good things. You keep saying you are very slim on top, so focus on your tiny waist. Tanya does a fantastic job of that, and I also think she looks great in skinnies...and believe me, I have VERY high standards about who I like in skinnies. It's just not a look that I think is flattering on most women, but if she can wear them then I'm absolutely sure you can, since you have similar body types.
And even if you can't, or don't feel comfortable, it's really not a big deal. Certainly nothing worth being embarrassed over. I was like you for a long time--dying to wear skinnies but just couldn't because of my bottom half. Well, eventually I just came to terms with the fact that not all jeans were meant to flatter all body types, and I just focused on getting more bootcut and trouser jeans, and found ways of wearing skinnies that hid my hips or balanced them out. That's what this forum is all about: finding what works for you and accepting what doesn't. But I am still almost positive that you can wear skinnies.
I hope you find it helpful to be here, but like I said, changing your clothes is just half the battle. Hopefully we can help you with that, and in turn, help you change your attitude.
