While I absolutely love the mint moto jacket from Club Monaco, if it came down to a choice between the two - I'd go for the cream Smythe blazer in terms of longevity and useful-ness.
This isn't to say that the mint moto isn't fab though...WOW. What a tough choice, and I want to say that you might be comparing apples to oranges here?
I think these two items are in different categories. I hate to say it, but you might have to get both of them? I haven't looked at prices - and I have no idea whether mint will still be "in" next spring/summer season.
That said, I can understand the concern about the overall longevity re: mint colours.
Hoping Angie might chime in here - you have a *fab* moto jacket in a colour that may or may not work over the long term. Meanwhile, you cannot go wrong with that cream jacket - it's a no-fail purchase, provided it fits you well.
If it were me, I'd get the cream blazer, but if there was a way I could swing it - I'd also want the mint moto too. Gah!
