I like AllSaints, though they're not as interesting as they used to be.
This is an interview with the brand's creative director, incoherently doing his best to not say who its target customer is, while repeating the phrase "industrial backdrop" about their aesthetic.
I am sure some brands resist stating who their target customers are because they don't want to scare off other potential customers, but I often wonder who brands and designers have in mind when they come up with a particular look, piece or even season.
