Article about Mother's Day gifts - so true

My mom and MIL are always complaining that they can't "get the photos" from the computer to something they can look at in their hands and show their friends. And I know they both have photo printers, so it's not a hardware issue, lol.

So I'm off to Shutterfly tonight. I think they'll like that more than flowers.

Great post, thanks for sharing....
I have been feeling an overwhelming sense of sadness since March when the 5 year anniversary of my mother's passing arrived. For the first time ever I just didn't want to face Mother's Day.... I will be with my children until noon that day, then taking off for a day trip with couples friends to check out a restaurant my husband discovered a few weeks ago when he went to train new hires about an hour and a half away.... Never saw me not spending that entire day with my own chidlren, but love that they all agreed that this is exaclty what I should do...

Kristin, I feel a bit like your mother and mother in law. My computer basically serves the same purpose as the big box of photos in my closet

I got very weepy. But I'm glad I read it. Thanks for sharing. I'm so grateful I had the wonderful time with my mother that I did. This time of year is always a little hard.
