I thought it was good. Nice article. Hits some very key points.
I have narrow shoulders - and my coats and jackets drape over me "cape style" just fine. I wear that look a lot, and have done so for 20 years. I saw my late Mum do it - so I did it too. I don't do it to look fashion-y and "cool". I do it because it's practical. I wear a coat outside, but it can get warm indoors when I shop with clients. So I drape my coat over my shoulders so that I'm cooler and hands-free. I also drape my coat in-between shops when I'm out and about. If you've shopped with me you'll know that I move fast - so I get warm (thankfully). The concept makes perfect sense to me.
There is no way I would drape my coat for show. If I'm cold - I put my coat on properly. I loathe feeling cold.
