Your dress shorts are fabulous, Lisa. I love the length and pleats in that fabric. Very elegant to my eye. The top is boho-lite - and you've done your thing of toughening it up with black. Fab lipstick that matches the top. The maximal hoop hearings are a fun touch too. Nicely done.

It's not even leather! I was out and on my phone when I saw your post. I love your shorts and I thought your entire outfit was fab. I was hoping to comment when I got home because I wore dress shorts all the time back in Working Girl days. I even had a short suit.
Saw it earlier and I thought it was a GREAT example of a warm weather outfit that was chic, flattering, and simple. The delicacy of the blouse color and pattern is really pretty and works well with the tracery of the sandal laces.
No I'm not joking and go do something else you guys . Read a book , plant your flowers , go have a Friday evening cocktail etc. It was not worth posting - just a workday look that I didn't like as much in retrospect . And I'm ticked off because the top was expensive .
