I'm soooooo upset. I tried washing my new long puffer (white) for the first time. The (fake) fur trim on the hood got fried. It's all rough and yucky like a bad, tangled wig. I don't know if it looks that different, but it feels different.

The hood is removable, but what is the point without it? I'm so depressed

They didn't say to hand wash the hood! Boo hoo...
