Oh much better! I like the necklace with it and the jacket plays down some of the print, but it seems like there could be one more step somehow. There are just so many horizontals with the print...need something vertical. Do you have a lightweight turquoise/aqua long scarf?

Of course we are not sick of you dress, I this the bold pattern is a little more complicated to wear but it looks lovely with the denin jacket. Do you have a white denin jacket.. I feel it could work even better!

Looks good! I particularly like the necklace with it. The jacket is good as well but I wonder if a lighter colored jacket would be better? It would contrast with the dress.

It looks great! I think you could also try adding a belt to it (a really plain and simple belt, nothing too busy or flashy) to accentuate your waist and hourglass figure!

AJ- no such scarf in my collection unfortunatly but that is a great idea!

San- yes, I have some great black sandals that work great with this dress. I just didn't feel like putting them on for my fashion show today

Angie- I do like it with this jacket actually. Much better than the past 2 tries I think.

Melllls- I'm on the hunt for a white cropped cardi of some sorts that I think would work as well.

Kate- I do have a necklace that I have worn as a belt with this dress. It was determined months ago though that adding a belt added to the confusion of the already busy pattern. I'll have to try it though with the jacket.

I like the idea of the white or turquoise or yello cropped cardi. I was going to suggest a white denim jacket if you have one too - I agree with Melllis about some more contrast. I really love that turquoise necklace on you (and with the dress!).

queenie, the jacket looks fab with the dress! I bet a white denim jacket would look good as well, if you are looking for more options. (I was actually hoping Express would do this jacket again in white!)

Any chance you have turquoise sandals? to book end the turquoise beads.

but then wore my black sandals the next time and I thought they balanced better with the dress.

Is it a sleeveless or what?
i think u should put photo of this dress without jacket also, so that we could get clear idea about dress.
But as far i can see, i lov the dress , but don't think that jacket is looking good on dress. jacket dominating the dress design and style. This dress will look nice without jacket. And if you must have to have jacket then choose it in white color that will suit dress.

alicabacon- thanks! Yes, the dress is sleeveless and so I've been trying to find ways to wear it during this transitional time of cooler spring weather. I will definitley pair it with a lighter colored jacket or cardigan once I acquire one of those

Not sick of it at all - in fact, I was thinking of you as I eyed a few dresses in this style at JCP and TJMaxx, recently. I can't see the link this time (I'm guessing b/c I don't have Photobucket and that sometimes is an issue), but I recall what the dress looks like, and it sounds like you have a winner with the jacket over top! A cropped cardi over top sounds cute, too.
