I'd like them if they were in a fun color, NOT white. (Sorry, I have a super poisoned eye for white sneakers. To the extent that I won't even wear them to work out.)
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go with ugly-ugly. Not a fan of white sneakers in general, and I can't find anything else aesthetically pleasing about this particular pair either.
Thanks Inge, they don't have to be white. But I'm looking for something to walk all over San Francisco. I used to have some Tsubos that were super comfy and took me all over Europe.
I am not fond of this particular shoe but I own two pairs of Tsubo's. One is a black and gray maryjane tennie that actually is super comfortable and not too obnoxious looking and the other pair are black suede pumps. Slightly funky and I could see Shannon sort of liking them. I can attest to their comfort.
I believe you need to consider who's wearing the shoe and what they usually wear --- so I think the Tsubos are great for you! You have enough edge to your style to not just pull off white sandal sneakers, but make them look like a bold and beautiful statement --- and they'd go so well with your latest crop of mint too!
I actually kind of like those. I think they fit with the sporty trend going on. I would try neon socks with those (as well as bare). High tops would be the other obvious choice since SF is usually cool anyway. By the way, I saw these in the store a couple weeks ago (look better in real life). They would so be mine if they were cheaper. I usually don't like Sandro that much, but this season I could have bought out the store. They really had cute sporty and neon stuff. http://us.sandro-paris.com/sho.....ndine.html
I like them in brown/black (can't see the exact color). They certainly look comfy, and if that's what you are after... I don't think they are THAT ugly
