I picked up these gorgeous boots yesterday in chestnut. I needed a lighter colored flat boot and these fit the bill. They are pricey though -- and for the price I need to be able to wear them to work. My work environment is creative business casual.... do you think these will be okay over a pair of skinny black pants? Or are they too casual?

Honest opinions, please! They do have a small Ugg logo on them which bothers me, but I'm not sure if it's a deal-breaker or not.
