Are Report Marks booties summer shoes?

Last week (I think) I read a reply from Angie saying that she considers loafers to be summer shoes because she prefers them with bare feet.

Does the same hold true with the Report Marks booties? Do YLFers wear these in the winter? With tights and skirts, or with socks and pants?

Asking because I got a pair last week in the luggage color.

Even though they look great in the summer,I think those booties work just fine year-round. The luggage color will be great for fall and winter!

I would wear these booties year round - with bare feet in warm weather and with tights/socks in cold weather.

I think they can be all year booties, depending on the colour. I wouldn't wear mine as often in winter simply because I have the light sand colour. And in winter I would consider these indoor shoes - not outdoor boots, if that makes sense.

I think I'm going to wear my luggage pair in winter. They are just too comfy on me not to. The only difficulty is the "V-neck" shaft opening, which makes it harder to wear with skinnies and socks at the same time. Not impossible, though. In Italy I wore high socks matched to my jeans and all was well. Also great with tights!
