Are loafers still trending?

My white loafers from last year are in good shape, but I've been visiting these ones this month. Haven't tried them on yet. Not sure if they would be a good idea since they would really be a duplicate of what I already have. However, I am going to duplicate silver sneakers!

What footwear is trending for 2018? What sandal styles?

Cute bows!Loafers with heels seem to be a thing but there are still a lot of flats around as well.To be honest if it fits in with a great outfit I think anything goes these days.

I am the last person that should comment on shoes, but I really like these!!! I don't know about your lifestyle, but one pair of white loafers is enough for me. I just wish I had waited for the pair of white loafers that had personality.

I think these are perfect “Elegant Tomboy” shoes! Loafers are classic and never go out of style, the same is true of bows. The only hesitation I have comes from my personal experience with bows and similar embellishments on shoes. Maybe I am rough on shoes, but I seem to lose one bow, or ruin it, making an expensive item unusable because it no longer matches its partner.

I like your shoes. I think loafers are still trending. I recently purchased 2 pair of Earthies (style "Braga" in maroon and black). I would say it is a "regular" loafer look, just with a more updated style (thicker sole).

I am still big on loafers but my feet are really calling the shots on which brands fit and are comfortable , plus I am totally picky about some vamps and other features, so I’ve tried and returned about a million pairs this past year. Having to size up a little also makes them slip. For some reason I could not get fit in Bass Whitney, though a pair of Bass Cordovan loafers from a few years ago have been great- and the Whitney looked ginormous. Many leather loafers are feeling just too “ hard”.
I’m now focusing on suede even for S/S.
I have got AGL, “ Thistles loafers” in black and now wish I’d tried the “ ginger” but all sold out.
The Bass Find tassel loafer I am trying; even though the toe is almond and need more rounded, they seem very comfortable.
I also plan to re- try the Whitney ( Find) sized down in suede or velvet.
Many, many cute loafers, my feet just rejected. But I persist!
