Are Ann Taylor Loft camis worth it?

When I was out shopping yesterday, I saw several very cute polka dot camis at Ann Taylor Loft. I liked them, but I wasn't sure if they were worth the $20-$25 they were a piece. Do any of you have one or two? How have they worked for you?

What type of fabric are they made of?

I have had a couple and loved them. I passed them on because they were too short. However this was a few years ago and they are probably cutting them longer now.

I just tried a couple on this last month and felt they were too short. The Loft outlets usually have sales on these buy one get one etc.

@deb - 93% cotton, 7% spandex for some and 94% raylon, 6% spandex in others

@ Adelfa and dstlksalot - I have a shorter torso, so maybe they'll work for me.

I tend to get sucked into Loft's cotton tops and end up regretting the purchase in a few months. In my opinion, the colors fade quickly and everything runs a little short, especially after washing.

Check out Ann Taylor, the regular store, if you can. They had their camis on sale there a few weeks back for $10 ($20 on sale, 50% off the sale price) back in the sale section and they had lots of colors left! If you are a small or x-small, the store by me still had all of the colors left.

Ive had better luck with both Colwater Creek and Dressbarn camis....they wear like iron! Really look no different then the day I bought them a year or so ago -and they have had heavy wear and numerous washings.

Echoing the comments about Ann Taylor/LOFT camis running short... I bought one in regular instead of petite (I'm petite but have a long rise) and it's still too short.

LOFT camis are shorter than most, but that works for me. Try LOFT outlet if you have one near you. I found all of mine on LOFT outlet clearance racks for less than $10 each. I do like the material and the cut works very well for hiding a little extra belly (which is why I swear by LOFT camis!).
