I bought this dress in July for a high school reunion. I really like the dress (wish I had a better photo of me in it!). I'm going to a wedding next weekend. It's at 2pm and the attire is semi-formal. I was going to buy a new dress, but thought I could use this one. The wedding is mid-October in the North Carolina mountains, so I expect I will need something to cover my shoulders. I've lost at least 10 pounds since this photo was taken, so I really want to show off the flattering fit! I included a picture of the dress in the ad so you can see it a bit better.
1. Is this an appropriate dress for a semi-formal afternoon wedding?
2. What are some ideas for providing me with a bit of warmth, but not hiding my figure?
