Apple shape clothing options

I believeI am an apple shape and I don't see any info on what to wear...
I am 5'4" 38-34-38..What would be the most flattering tops...I wear t-shirts alot.

Sit at a desk job....wear jeans and black t-shirts most of the time...not sure what kind of tops to get to spice up the wardrobe? My arms are big, won't go sleeveless...blouson tops make me look bigger....general guidelines would be good. thanks....Mouthy1
