Hi KG, welcome and congrats on the new baby!
Nursing bras are a whole different breed from regular bras. (Is this your first baby? How long do you plan to nurse?)
Here are some good directions on measuring yourself for a bra. Make sure you do this in front of a mirror, or get someone to help you. (I also like to measure under the bust and compare that number to the over the bust measurement. For me there is a 2 inch difference, but many bra sites will tell you to add 5 inches to your under bust measurement to get your band size.) It really depends on the person and the brand of bra...so the over the bust measurement is a good place to start.

You can also check out figleaves guide for determining what sizing issues you have based on how a curren bra fits.

You should also remeausre yourself every 6 months for the first 2 years after having a baby. Then once a year will be sufficient.
Good luck!!
