Anyone tried Jones Road miracle balm?

I have been tempted by this balm. I do have a friend who uses it and I did note that when she wore it her skin looked radiant. My hesitation is it seems as if all the colors have some "pink" undertones and I am already pretty rosy and typically try to downplay that aspect of my skin.
Love to know if other Fabbers have tried it and how it works for them.

Haven't heard of it, Indigoprint. I live under a rock when it comes to cosmetics, beauty products, and cosmetic treatments I'm afraid!

Yup. -I have 3 or 4 diff shades . I use it as I would a cream blush / bronzer . I quite like the JRB line in general .

I've completely switched to JRB. It's very emollient and works well for my dry skin. It takes a little getting used to though if you're used to a matte feel. I really like the line - it's very natural looking.

Not everything skews pink - there are some MB shades with bronze or brown undertones that work well for me. Their return policy is great and the MB come in min sizes too. I don't think I will ever finish a full size. Good luck!

Yes, order the mini size, not the big/original full size. They are far too big to ever finish.

Back when they had a sale, I ordered a set of mini MBs. I quite like them. I agree they are very emollient — I suspect some younger ladies with oily skin might not care for them, but they suit my increasingly dry skin well. The color is subtle and blendable — I don’t use very much, just for a little glow. It’s very sheer. My skin seems to like it, which is not true of all cosmetics these days.

I have the 1) Au Naturel, which has no tint, 2) Dusty Rose which is a nice subtle rosy shade for my fair skin, 3) Bronze which is nice for a little bit of bronzer type glow, and 4) Chic, which is another rosy color a bit warmer and stronger than Dusty Rose.

I really like Miracle Balm. The minis are definitely the way to go, and I have found their color advice to be spot on (you take a photo so they can advise on best colors). I also use the face pencils and What the Foundation.

I don’t use it as an all over colour . I have never understood that part of it . It’s very shiny and a bit sticky - works best as a finishing touch over moisturizer and foundation .

I use them too. I agree with Lisa — I wouldn’t use miracle balm as an all over product. I like the blush and highlighter miracle balms, and they have some little creamy pot eyeshadows that are great. I also use the tinted moisturizer.

Getting a bit off topic, there is a product I really like these days for a quick all over glow without getting into full makeup territory — it’s the Merit great skin serum.

When I bought the JR tinted moisturizer and lip and cheek stick, the SA scooped me four samples she put in those mini containers. I can’t imagine a person ever using up a full size MB. My skin tends to be shiny and not at all dry so I probably need or use less than most people. I also live in a climate that doesn’t dry out my skin.

I love the idea of these but haven't tried them for one reason: it's kind of an acne bomb. I have acne-prone skin and despite their non-comedogenic claim, the beeswax, fatty acids (myristic especially), and plant oils in the formula are not acne safe, per my estheticians who specialize in acne care.

Bit sad as I love the skin finish it gives and the vision of Bobbi's new line. Everyone's skin is really glowy and beautiful looking in the ads!

I love it so much and use it as a blush. I have one (Flushed) which is very true pink that I wear through colder/wintrier months and then one that's warmer for summer, Pinched Cheeks. I feel glowy all the time.

Thanks all for your input. Although I want to try it, I am thinking I will not as I do not need any help in the "rosy glow" department.
I will look into the Merit great skin serum though as it says it reduces redness.

Ooh thanks for the posts, forum members. I ordered some JRB minis about a week ago in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep. They have not arrived yet, and I have been feeling a bit regretful about making an impulse buy while lamenting my insomnia. Now I’m kind of excited to receive them. My skin is dry and I live in a dry climate, so they may be a great solution for me.
