I've been doing some image searching. It looks like Anna Sui and Burberry both did some silk calico-print dresses in the past few years, but I can't find any for sale.
I used to sew that style of dress as a kid for prairie costumes (but much simpler). The sheer silk would be a challenge to work with, but the basic pattern isn't so bad. Though that complicated yoke pattern would be hard! I wonder if you could find an expert seamstress to make something similar.
