anyone know of straight jeans that fit similar to Mia Express skinnies?

I love the rise and overall feel of the Mia's and wondered if anyone makes a straight leg that is similar.

When Angie saw the MJ Black black skinnies on me she thought I would be better in straights so I am on a mission to find a straight legged dark denim with about a 14 3/4 rise in back. (if I measured correctly).

I measured the rise on the Mia's from the top of the waist band to the crotch and got 14 3/4.

Do you know of any straight leg dark denim jeans with a higher rise? say 12-14 inches?

I am 5'6.5 weigh 145 lbs.

And they can be premium.

I got my skinny Mia's but I think you said straights would even be better maybe because of my bowlegs? I cannot pass on the Mia's because of the feel and I think they will be good tucked into boots.

Happylife, have you tried the J Crew Matchsticks? I think they call them skinnies, but I bought a pair and find that it's actually more like a straight cut and I can wear it with shorter tops. It's quite a different look than the Mias, much looser. It has a mid rise and I find it comfortable and flattering.

Do I want a tall 36" inseam or regular 33" inseam.

I am usually a 33-34 inseam on bootcuts.

Do I want some scrunching at the bottom? If so I prob need the tall.

I will be wearing these with flats.

I would not go with scrunching for the straight jeans (but of course you want PPL :-)) You might need the tall, since I'm 5'3'' and got the regular length, which was perfect and didn't need hemming.
I have the cropped Matchsticks as well and love them, so I was happy to continue with that style in fall.

In the white jean matchsticks I got a 30 (I usually wear an 8) and I find that they bag out a bit.

Did you size down one size in these?

I am thinking I might try a 29?
