Anyone have these orange loafers from ASOS?

These were featured in one of Angie's posts earlier this year, and I can't stop thinking about them. I need to add some "fun" shoes to my wardrobe, and I don't own a single pair of flat loafers.

If you have them, what are your thoughts about their fit and comfort? I do a lot of walking and am on my feet all day. Also how is the color- bright orange, more of a sunset orange, or somewhere in between?

Deborah, I'm trying to build a spring/summer workwear capsule using the colors red, orange, yellow, white, and dark blue. So, right now I have white trousers, dark blue denim-look trousers, and jeans in mind. I will shop for tops once they arrive and I can judge the shade of orange better.

Do you have any additional ideas? I'd love to hear them, because I haven't a clue what to wear with loafers as I own only one other (heeled) pair.

Hi Jewell! I love these for you! I have a black patent Sperry pair, and I've even been wearing them with skirts and shorts, so don't discount them for bottoms with loafers. It's a very preppy look and you would totally rock it.

OMG, how did I miss these? Orange. Patent. Leather. Fabulous. I just bought them. They don't come in half sizes, so may have to return, but I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed that they will do okay with a shoe insert.

I don't have them but wish I did! I kind of hope I can find some that are matte leather and not patent, though.... i'm boring like that.

Thanks for the tip, Claire! I have an inner preppy princess, and I do let her out every now and then so I'll have to try these with skirts.

I love those! I don't have them, but I have a pair of matte orange driving mocs I bought on sale at Wilson's Leather years ago, of all places. (Are they even still around?). Love them. You can wear them with most anything, oddly enough!

Ha ha hlcdlc! Yep, Wilson's Leather is still around! I took a peak in their outlet store during a shopping trip a few months ago, and I saw some great bags and shoes.
