I've been waiting for the Shopbop friends and family event to pull the trigger on what I thought was the perfect washed black jeans for winter: (sorry, I'm on my iPad and can't do Finds....).

But I just noticed that the fiber content is really high in spandex, and I usually don't see more than 2% on most of my premium jeans. I haven't been able to find much in the way of reviews on these, and none locally to try on. But the wash is great, and I haven't been able to find anything in the perfect washed black on the ground, and I've tried on a lot!

I was planning on them mostly being a winter jean for longer sweaters and boots, so slimmer rather than slouchy is fine. But I can't do sausagey and I 12% spandex worries me. Does anyone have any experience with brand, how they fit or wear? Thanks!
