In my quest to look like I spent hours on my hair when in fact I just let it air-dry in the lovely Minnesota weather (hee hee), I have wondered if maybe using a few strategically placed hair rollers while my hair dries would help create some body.
I have very fine hair that has a little wave (it's type 2a for those of you who follow Curly Girl). My main issue is my bangs, which I am growing out. My hair's wave doesn't really show itself except at the ends of my hair (it looks pretty straight where it comes out of my scalp), so my bangs, being some of the shorter hair on my head, generally look straight. I'm growing them out to see if that will help them hold some wave (right now they're about to the bottom of my nose), but that may or may not work. And of course I may just decide I'm tired of dealing with hair in my face all the time and CHOP THEM OFF.
So, back to my original question: Does anyone use hair rollers when air-drying their hair to create body? I have midlength hair, about chin length, in case that matters. (I think some of the new velcro rollers and such need to be used on longer hair.)
