I would never go in there, but DD has already been boycotting for several years due to their racial and religious discrimination policies.

I didn't read your link but based on articles I've read about their CEO, they will never see a dime from me or any of my family members. ever. Never shopped there and never will.

Well, I can't buy anything in there because of the toxic gas they call perfume, but you know, I think I would boycott A&F for that. Just because the guy is so creepy.

They do religious discrimination too? Do I remember that? A&F is so creepy all around.

it's too bad about A&F. a long long time ago, they were premier outfitters for explorers. they outfitted teddy roosevelt.

now they're purveyors of cheap clothing and yet manage to offend so many groups.

haven't bought from the in years just because they sell cr*p.

Yes. I really don't shop there often. But the other day I was at the mall and I walked in because they had some great things on display. Then I thought of Thistle's post and I turned and walked out. Until this guy is gone, I won't set foot in there. I also won't shop at Urban Outfitters or Anthropologie .

There is this creative protest by Greg Karber in LA: buy A&F clothes then donate them to the homeless. Something about it kind of rubs me the wrong way, it implies there is something especially bad about homeless people, but his video has gotten a lot of press.

I already boycott them. So do my DDs. Though to my surprise, my Dad's wife's nephew is one of their models!

I don't shop there for many reasons, aesthetic and moral, so this is just one more reason to avoid the store.

The only other store I actively boycott is American Apparel, because the owner is such a sleaze ball and has no respect for women.

Diana, I forgot about American Apparel. I know someone who lives in LA and is familiar with the owner and says that he really treats his workers badly.

I've never seen any of their stores -I really don't know if we have one in Barcelona-. Was just checking their online-store and boy, is their stuff overpriced! Also shocked me their sizing range, very small, even narrower than Zara's.

Nah, don't think I could ever buy anything from them
