Many of us have been on very exciting style journeys since we found You Look Fab. I know my style has improved immeasurably as a result of the positive influence and encouragement of Angie, et al.
But... sometimes we ("we" meaning "me") can get carried away by the peer pressure and hero-worshipping. I'm thinking, in particular, of how I donated my beloved collection of rubber-soled flip-flops after I found out they were anathema to our Angie. I did save a couple pair that I wear around the house and to the pedicure salon, but I have to admit I miss the ones I tossed.
Right now I am planning my trip to Vietnam, which will include a river cruise with lots of scrambling up muddy river banks, and I have to admit I am THRILLED to have found TWO-PACKS of rubber-soled Tevas on sale at Zappos! http://www.zappos.com/teva-mus.....tripe-blue Angie, look away, but I bought the blue and black set, and the pink and brown set. I am ridiculously happy and feel like I am good to go for both my trip and my future lounging-around-the-house needs!!
What about the rest of you? Have you lived to regret any YLF-inspired purges?
ETA: Angie, don't have too much of a heart-attack -- these days I can't bring myself to wear them other than around the house, post-pedi, or on vacation!
