A black and white stripe knit top, one step above a plain T, has been on my wish list this summer, but I haven't found the one.

I think this one is really cute, but how is the cold shoulder trend doing? I have a feeling it's close to over...that if I had one I'd be fine to wear it but it may be too late to bother buying one. What do you think?
