They're great. I've been shopping there for years with no problems. Everything ships promptly with a tracking number and last time I looked returns within Europe are covered. They also do cash on delivery for a modest fee.

Very good experiences ordering online from yoox, and have been doing so for years.

My only complaint is that their online product info is less detailed than I would like it to be.

I've always had good experiences with them. Shipping has always been reasonably fast and returns are reasonable (last time I did it, it was a $7 flat fee to an American address) and easy.

Agree with Angie that their product info is ridiculously incomplete though. The search functions on the site are pretty wonky too. You kind of just have to be willing to wade through lots of stuff, although that can be fun in its own way.

I have had excellent experiences. I've ordered a lot from Yoox including many things I returned and the returns are easy. I ordered shoes from Shoescribe (the same company) and the package was stolen - refunded with no hassle.

But yeah, I really wish they had more info about each product. They completely remove any of the designer's description, eg, "J Brand Maria high-rise skinny" would show up as "J Brand denim pants" (they don't have J Brand, that was just the first name that occurred to me). So it's hard to stalk your favorite items from last season. And a lot of their clothing is Italian brands I'm not familiar with, so sizing is hard to guess.
