I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Anthro, and I see that they have changed their returns policy. Shoe returns must now be sent to the warehouse; they are not accepted in stores. There is a prepaid label for returning the product, and the returns for shoes are supposed to be free, but my refund was deducted the 5.95 for the return. I called Anthro, and they told me that they are having problems with some of the shoe returns being charged the shipping fee.

So, if you order shoes from Anthro, make sure you save your shipping box until you know you want to keep them. Also make sure that you check your e-mail from Anthro that they send upon confirmation of the return, to make sure that you're not charged the 5.95 fee. If you are, just call Anthro and they will refund the fee.
