Another quick K/R before I leave! ETA to add another contender...

I have got striped sweater in navy and cream in BR yesterday - pic 1. Now I need to decide if it worth keeping...
I already have a couple of striped tops:
pic 2 - black and white sweater. Different colors, shorter sleeves, wider neckline

pic 3 - Gap striped top - grey and black. This one is more like a t-shirt than a sweater.

Please be my voice of wisdom - do I need this sweater or is it similar enough to what I already have and I can spend these money better?

ETA: I have added a pic of another striped sweater I am considering - from Gap. Which do you like better - BR (pic 1) or Gap (pic 4)?

You can't have too many stripes, I adore striped tops, if you find a nice one buy it!

How does that saying go...you can never be too rich...or have too many striped tops.
I would keep - all 3 look great on you and can be styled differently. In particular I picture pic 1 with white pants when a less contrast look is desired. Combinations are endless. Keep.

I agree with the others above. The top looks great on you and I think all three stripes are different enough that you get away with it.

Hm since the GAP one is more of a tee then this new one could fit nicely. The real question is whether you have enough sweaters, or are looking for some other sweater hole (say a bright color or a v-neck cut, for example)? This one fits very nicely, and you always look good in stripes

Yes keep it. Stripes are such a classic and they suit your look. BTW do you have a Loblaws store near you that carries Joe Fresh? I picked up a great striped long sleeved tee there a few weeks ago and it washes very well. Mine is mustard and cream, not sure what the other combos were. I think it was $12.

I really like it, though I have a teeny poison eye for wide bands at the hips, especially in contrasting, lighter colors.

I like this sweater on you. I vote keep. I actually like it better than the second photo. And where it's not a t, like the last photo, I think it would be a good addition to your wardrobe.

Aida, I actually lack sweaters and that was one of the reasons I was interested in this one.
Jonesy, I was surprised nobody said anything about that wide band on the bottom because this was the only thing I had doubts about. Other colors had darker ones but I liked navy and cream colors the best... do you think it looks bad?

If you lack sweaters, this is a great option! I don't mind the white band at the bottom, and I think it would look especially awesome with white,gray, or cream trousers OR a slim pencil skirt. The contrast there with darker bottoms just looks like normal colorblocking to me.

Sveta, I just realized my BR sweater does not have that white band at the bottom. I bought mine this season, so weird. Ummm... maybe I'm loving the GAP one more.

I really like the sweater on you, Sveta, the wide band at throttle doesn't bother me. I think it's different enough for the others y already have and I like it better than the Gap one. I'm a fan of the smaller width stripes.
