This year seems to be a lucky shopping year for my very fussy feet. Just bought a pair of shoes and now I'm already eyeing my summer choice, and thanks to the contest, I think I've found a couple of contenders:

I definitely want the whiskey brown color but I am debating which sandal to get. I like the styling of the Heather better in general but I think the Hadley would also work in fall with dark matte tights. Not sure if I could do the Heather with tights, what do you think? I'd like 3 season sandals if possible (maybe I'm asking too much).

We have hot summers here, but we're lucky if they last 3 months. Spring is predicted to be cold and rainy this year (usually a drier climate). Sometimes we got hot weather into the fall but it alternates with cold spells. Yes, my outfits are very weather dependent.

EDIT: it sounds like I won the shoes, I didn't win the shoes. I'd like to see who did and the shoes they chose -- please post if you do!

I think either of those would look great with tights! The rivets give them just enough heft for fall IMO. I have a slight preference for the Heathers, since I like the low vamp with the ankle strap. You won the contest? Lucky duck!!

I think Heather with tights is my preferred option, but I want to make sure a strap heel is ok with tights.

I think the Hadley would look better with tights, but I like both.

I like both with a preference for the Heather. I think it'll work with tights, and also think it'll be better with skirts with bare legs if you want to lengthen your leg. I also LOVE studs!

I don't think you would go wrong with either but I really like the Heather - it's on my wish list also!

Thanks again to all of you. I would wear them most of the time on a bare leg /foot, but I want the option of wearing with tights in cooler weather (before it snows and rains). The warm weather seems always too short...

I think they are both cute but I like the Heather better. The brown color and the rivets would work into fall with tights. I also love the Ice color for another color shoe for summer. Congrats. on winning.

Reneeb: thanks for your comments. NO, I didn't win... as far as I know it's still up there. It was the contest form that first showed me these shoes, I should have been more clear.
