Thanks for adding those pictures, I'm now changing my vote to her being more of an autumn than a spring. I also agree that she will completely regret it if she dyes her hair, and to do it right she'll have to also dye her eyebrows and wear mascara EVERY DAY! I think low-lights might be an option, but high-lights or dying it completely would be a shame. Also, dying her hair blonde will not draw any less attention, so if that's really her reasoning then going blonde would not be a smart choice.
Another thing for her to consider is that once she starts dying, she can't just go back to how her hair was. Dying your hair is a regular commitment to keep the roots the same color as the rest of your hair (especially when your roots are red!) and the money adds up, especially if she's getting it dyed professionally. Moreover, when she decides to go back to her original hair color it will be hard, because she'll be left dying her hair a color close to her original color. If she keeps her hair the same length, it will take a LONG time to grow out a dye job. And then there's all the damage that dying does to hair, which is so easily avoidable!
